STRUCTURE
  • RCC framed structure, steel TMT bars of ISI mark and the cement from I & T/ Birla/ KCP/ Gujarat Ambuja cement.
  • Walls 4 ½” / 9” Lightweight table moulded Brick masonry internal/external respectively.
PLASTERING & PAINTING
  • Two coats of plastering in cement mortar of 1:4 ratio (both inside & outside). Interior walls: one coat of primer and two coats of plastic emulsion paints with smooth luppum finish using Altek or a brand of Birla or any other reputed brand.
  • Exterior walls: One coat of primer and two coats of Apex paints with smooth exterior luppum finish and cladding with tiles & textures as per elevation.

Toilet: Fitting & Accessories:
